About the Role

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a contract assignment in Teague, Texas. This role is based in a great SNF / LTC setting, offering an opportunity for both experienced and newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistants to join a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Effectively collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients' goals.
• Incorporate the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into job performance.

Requirements

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Qualifications

Associates degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from an accredited school. State licensure or in the process of obtaining licensure. CPR certification.
