Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,528 per week
About the role
This is a travel Physical Therapy Assistant position in a SNF/LTC setting in Lake Jackson, Texas. The contract is 13 weeks, starting ASAP, with 40 hours per week in 8‑hour day shifts. A great SNF/LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant/Physical Therapy Assistant/PTA to join their growing team for a contract assignment. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist/PT.
- Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist/PT.
- Effectively collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients' goals.
Requirements
- Associate's degree from an accredited school.
- Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant/PTA, or actively in the application process for current state licensure.
- Current CPR certification.

Pay & Schedule
Pay package is based on 8.0‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
