About the role

Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans as established by the Physical Therapist.
- Assist with therapeutic interventions, including posture training, strengthening exercises, and functional skills training.
- Train patients in the use of orthotics and assistive devices while demonstrating proper techniques.
- Monitor patient responses and document progress, ensuring patient and family education.
- Maintain a clean treatment area and ensure proper use of equipment, reporting any malfunctions.
- Participate in team conferences and consult with other healthcare disciplines as needed.
- Follow all safety, infection control, and clinic policies.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- CAPTE Certification.
- 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
- Active CPR certification.
- Active license for the state where work will be performed.
Qualifications
This is a 13-week contract position, with a schedule of 5x8 hours, and 36 hours per week. The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
