Travel Physical Therapist - Adult Outpatient - $3,529 per week

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 31, 2026, in Juneau, Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Alaska.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay
