Travel Physical Therapist - Adult Outpatient - $3,638 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Juneau, Alaska starting on August 24, 2026. The duration of the assignment is 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week and a shift of 8 hours, 5 days a week, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Alaska.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
