Travel Physical Therapist, Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation - $2,069 per week
About the role
This is a 26-week contract position starting August 17, 2026, for a Rehabilitation Therapist specializing in Therapy. Shifts are 12 hours, rotating, with a variable schedule including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and reassess assigned patients to develop effective therapy plans.
- Implement ongoing therapeutic programs based on physician and specialist prescriptions.
- Provide consulting physical therapist services within the rehab unit.
- Utilize Meditech EMR for patient documentation and management.
- Work shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays, based on hospital operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of work experience in acute, rehab hospital, or SNF settings, working with adults.
- Active Hawaii Physical Therapist License required by the start of the assignment.
- BLS certification is mandatory.
Qualifications
- Preferred candidates have experience in acute, rehab hospital, or SNF settings.
- Experience with Meditech EMR preferred.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
