Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a position in Hilo, Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Hawaii.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in computer software relevant to physical therapy practice.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities.
• Effective time management and organization skills.
