Travel Physical Therapist, Acute Care Inpatient - $2,318 per week

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist for a busy hospital-based practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for providing quality care to patients in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Congduct patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions in accordance with patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation using EPIC EMR.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maine.

The assignment duration is 13 weeks.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

This position is a full-time role with a day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
