About the role
TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment at Alaska Regional Hospital in Anchorage, Alaska.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an inpatient acute care setting.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Alaska.
- At least one year of acute care experience preferred.
- Experience working in an inpatient setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- ACSM-Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) preferred.
Skills
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay
The pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
- 10-hour days, rotating schedule including weekends.
- 2-3 weekends per month required.
