Travel Physical Therapist Acute Care Hospital - $2,318 per week

About the role

The Acute Care Physical Therapist will primarily work in inpatient therapy, focusing on providing high-quality rehabilitation care. The position may require floating between different facilities based on patient and departmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement therapy interventions for patients with various acute conditions.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and changing needs.
• Educate patients and their families regarding care and home exercise programs.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the charting system.

Requirements

• Valid Washington State Physical Therapist license or Compact license at the time of submission.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Competency in utilizing the Epic charting system is required.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
