Travel Physical Therapist - Acute Care - $1,972 per week
Supplemental Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. This role is in an acute care hospital setting, offering competitive compensation and professional support.
About the Role
This is a travel contract position with the following details:
- 13-week contract with possibility of extension
- 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
- Acute care setting
Responsibilities
- Provide Physical Therapy treatment and patient care according to facility guidelines
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other caregivers
- Delegate and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians as needed
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in Florida
- Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel
Pay
$1,780 - $1,972 per week (based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, subject to confirmation). Compensation includes a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
