About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week contract starting ASAP in Waimea, Hawaii.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in various settings including inpatient, home health, assisted living, skilled nursing facility, long term care, and outpatient environments.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure patient comfort during treatment sessions.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using an EMR system (Cerner).
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Active Physical Therapist License.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in physical therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $3,480.00 Plus Additional: $200.00 Travel Reimbursement
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
