About the role
As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with residents and healthcare providers to deliver essential physical therapy services. Your role involves evaluating residents, developing tailored therapeutic plans, and conducting treatment sessions aimed at enhancing their independence in daily activities. Collaboration with the healthcare team and effective documentation in the Electronic Medical Record are key responsibilities. You will also provide education to residents and caregivers, and mentor assistant staff, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and practices.
