Travel Physical Therapist - $3,003 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week position starting on August 24, 2026, in Burlingame, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an acute care hospital setting.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Active PT License (or approved license applicant or resident training program employee).
- BLS (AHA) certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in physical therapy.
- Epic experience required.
- Tuesday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
