Requirements
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years Physical Therapist experience
- Ability to achieve at least 30 benchmark points per week
- Timely documentation within 24 hours
- PREFERRED: Skills in Home care home base (HCHB), Point care, Point click care, Microsoft Teams
