About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week position starting on August 10, 2026, in Novato, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in home health settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using EPIC EMR system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
- Active California Physical Therapist (PT) License.
- BLS Certification.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- EPIC EMR experience required.
- Home Health experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current registration as a Physical Therapist in California.
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
