About the role
American Traveler is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a full-service community and regional teaching hospital in Delano, California.
Responsibilities
- Plans and conducts treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions
- Serves as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups
- Completes evaluations and establishes individualized treatment plans using appropriate clinical techniques and tools
- Provides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques
- Establishes individualized care and discharge plans and communicates them to appropriate parties
- Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines
- Supervises assigned assistants
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if licensed on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
- 2 years of Physical Therapy experience preferred
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice required (License required if applicable)
- BLS certification from an approved vendor required
- Recent EPIC experience within the last 12 months required
Qualifications
Open to candidates with local and out-of-state preferences at the same rate as travel rates without a radius rule.

Benefits
