Travel Physical Therapist - $3,000 per week

Contract Length: 14 Weeks
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 38 Hours/Week

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License
• Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities or Long Term Care facilities preferred
• BLS Certification required

Pay

Weekly Gross: $3,000.00 (Based on 40 hours)
