About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract starting July 13, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Active Physical Therapist License.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.

Weekly Gross: $3,000.00 (Based on 40 hr)
