Travel Physical Therapist - $3,000 per week
Responsibilities
- Performs therapy evaluations, treatment planning and implementation utilizing department clinical guidelines & protocols.
- Participates in team conference / rounds for purposes of coordination of patient’s plan of care.
- Provides patient/family education and training.
Requirements
- Connecticut Physical Therapy License
- BLS
- Outpatient experience
- No weekends, floating or call
