Travel assignment for a Physical Therapist in Colebrook, New Hampshire.
About the role
- 18-week contract: March 2, 2026 – July 2, 2026
- Hospital-based outpatient clinic with rare coverage of inpatient overflow (observation, acute SNF)
- 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts
- No on-call or weekend shifts
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of current Physical Therapy experience (no new graduates)
- Outpatient experience (required)
- Inpatient experience (highly preferred)
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification
- Current New Hampshire state license in hand at time of submission
- Physical Therapy skills checklist
- One supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment
- Permanent address included in submission file
