Travel Physical Therapist - $2,966 per week

Zack Group is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel job in Lamar, Colorado. The position is a 5x8 days, 06:00:00-14:00:00, 8.00-5 position in the Physical Therapy - PT.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records.

Requirements

• Current state or equivalent compact license.
• At least 2 years of recent Physical Therapy - PT experience.
• Active or pending State License as an Physical Therapy - PT.
• Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for Physical Therapy - PT.
• 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker.

Pay

Compensation is highly competitive and includes a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
