About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 14-week contract at a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Clarksdale, Mississippi.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
Requirements
- Active MS Physical Therapist License
- BLS via American Heart Association
- State license/certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant required
Qualifications
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
