Travel Physical Therapist - $2,966 per week

American Traveler is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Bemidji, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, and delivering PT programs to help patients recover mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities
• Evaluates and documents patient information, tracks therapeutic progress, and recommends treatment adjustments as needed
• Educates patients and family members on treatment plans and home exercise programs

Requirements

• Active MN state Physical Therapist license required; license required if applicable
• Current BLS (AHA) certification required

Qualifications

• Education level appropriate to state licensure requirements
• Two professional references required for consideration: one from a supervisor within the last 12 months of relevant experience, and one from a peer or supervisor in the same specialty within the last 3 years

Skills

• Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
