Talent4Health is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in South Hampton, New York.

Requirements

• Specialty: Physical Therapist

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours: 40 per week
• Shifts: 8 hours, days; alternating split shifts, Monday through Friday; 1 Saturday every 5 weeks
• Work Site: 686 County Road 39A, South Hampton, NY 11968
• Possible Float: If emergency coverage is needed
• Modern Outpatient Orthopedic Facility
• Perform Outpatient Orthopedic/Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation
• 12 Patients per Day, Diverse Population
• Equal Distribution of Post-Operative and Non-Post-Operative Patient Caseload
• EMR: Clinicient Required
• NYS Physical Therapist License and Registration
• 1+ Years Experience in Outpatient Orthopedics (Preferred: 2+ Years Experience)
• Interest in Temp-to-Perm
