About the role
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Ironwood, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Perform physical therapy treatments including exercises, modalities, and patient education
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred
- Pass a background check and drug screening
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- ACLS certification
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
