About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Portland, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled home health setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Document progress and communicate with healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Skilled Home Health experience.
- OASIS experience required (please indicate if the traveler does not have OASIS experience).
- First-time travelers accepted.
Qualifications
- Active Oregon Physical Therapy License.
- BLS (AHA) certification.
