Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (pending license accepted)
- Minimum 1 year of Skilled Home Health Physical Therapy experience
- First-time travelers are not accepted
- BCLS certification
- OASIS experience (please specify if unavailable)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and auto insurance
- Ability to independently manage a home health caseload and documentation
- COVID-19 primary vaccination series plus one booster
- Strong communication, assessment, and patient education skills
