LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week position in Hood River, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled home health setting.
• Adhere to OASIS guidelines.
• Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, days.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of skilled home health physical therapy experience.
• First-time travelers accepted.
• OASIS experience is required.
• Active Oregon and Washington PT licenses are required.
• AHA BLS (BCLS) – Required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include:

• Current active Oregon and Washington PT licenses.
• AHA BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
