Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Woodruff, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control guidelines.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
• At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Proficient in using medical software and equipment.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Wellspring Nurse Source offers a competitive pay package based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
