Travel Physical Therapist - $2,800 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Elk City, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their treatment plans.
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment programs.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oklahoma.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN or current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Skills

• Proficient in using medical software and equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
