As a Physical Therapist in Home Health, you will provide in-home therapy services to patients in South Marin County, including towns like Sausalito and Mill Valley. You will focus on developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring the best outcomes for your patients. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage your own schedule, allowing for flexibility and independence in your work.

- EPIC experience required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Valid driver’s license & Auto insurance
- CA PT License
About the Role

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
