About the role
A.T. Staffing - "The Agency" Since 1969 is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Santa Fe, NM. 5x8 Days shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
Requirements
- Current State Licensure.
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications.
- Two (2) Current Clinical References Physical (Within 12 Months).
- TB Skin Test (Within 12 Months).
- Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella.
- Respiratory Fit Test (Within 12 Months).
- Current - Tdap/Flu Vaccinations.
- Pass pre-employment, background and urine drug screening.

Schedule
40 hours per week, 8 hours per day shift.
