Travel Physical Therapist - $2,745 per week

HCS 24/7 is looking for a Physical Therapist in Petaluma, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Perform therapeutic exercises and treatments.
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• No new grads are accepted.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice physical therapy.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

This will be a 13-week assignment, 36 Hrs Variable (Discussed in Interview) shift starting 07/08/2026 working 36 hours per week. This will be a Local/Travel Contract and will offer the most competitive rates in the industry.
