Physical Therapist needed for an outpatient position in Los Gatos, California. This role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy services to support patient recovery and functional independence. The candidate will work a daytime schedule with flexibility, providing care to a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Ensure documentation compliance in accordance with state, federal, and insurance guidelines
- Participate in student training
- Pursue professional development
- Adhere to regulatory standards
- Maintain emphasis on safety, professionalism, and quality of care
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
- CPR Certification
- Active applicable license for California
- Outpatient experience
- Ability to complete an assignment previously
- Experience with outpatient settings
- Maintaining an active license required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with additional assignments or previously with the organization
Schedule
- Days; 8 hours per day; 40 hours per week
