Travel Physical Therapist - $2,744 per week

About the role

HCS 24/7 is looking for a Physical Therapist in Woodruff, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Wisconsin.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• No new graduates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

This will be an 8A-4P shift starting 09/07/2026, working 40 hours per week.
