Travel Physical Therapist - $2,740 per week

About the role

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week position starting August 10, 2026, in Santa Clara, California. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6:30 PM, at outpatient clinics. This is a 36-hour per week position.

Responsibilities

• Treatment of patients with various conditions including but not limited to Pediatrics and Torticollis.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Provide patient education and discharge planning.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.

Requirements

• Current California PT license.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with Pediatrics and Torticollis.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Proficient in pediatric physical therapy techniques.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
