Travel Physical Therapist - $2,140 per week

About the role

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week position starting July 20, 2026, in Arlington, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine functional limitations and rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans of care
• Provide direct physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and safety
• Document all evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary rehab teams
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehab Technicians as appropriate
• Participate in discharge planning and patient/family education
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Adapt treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical findings

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Active Physical Therapist license in the applicable state (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced interdisciplinary environment
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills

Qualifications
