Travel Physical Therapist - $2,140 per week

About the role

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 52-week assignment starting immediately in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHRs).
• Knowledge of common physical therapy modalities and techniques.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Benefits

Tax-free stipend to be determined based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation).

Schedule

8 hours per shift, days.
