Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
- CPR certification
- Active and applicable license for California
- Outpatient experience
- Ability to complete a comprehensive patient evaluation
- Ability to develop and modify treatment plans
- Familiarity with documentation and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and professional growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior assignment with the agency or organization
- Experience supervising or mentoring students
- Ongoing participation in professional development activities
- Knowledge of state practice acts and continuing education requirements
