Travel Physical Therapist - $2,716 per week

About the role

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 20-week position starting July 24, 2026, in Largo, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled home visits 6–8 times per day
• Complete every 3rd weekend shift
• Drive a reliable vehicle for home visits
• Comply with COVID-19 and flu vaccinations
• Schedule home visits independently based on office needs
• Assess patients using OASIS training
• Document patient progress and treatment plans
• Manage patient/family education and medication
• Recognize and address signs of abuse and injury prevention
• Use equipment such as crutches, gait belts, hospital beds, etc.
• Provide orthopedic, neurologic, and home exercise programs

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Home Health Physical Therapy experience
• Home Health experience required
• OASIS training preferred
• Experience with cardiopulmonary/circulatory care, documentation, equipment/devices, orthopedics, neurology, home exercise programs, medication management, patient/family education, safety/injury prevention
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Certified BLS
• Active State Physical Therapy License
