About the role

Physical Therapist (Epic) position in the Rehab unit, focusing on providing care and rehabilitation services to patients as part of a therapy team.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other members of the therapy team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of Epic electronic medical record system.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
