Travel Physical Therapist - $2,659 per week

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Danvers, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Massachusetts.
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).

Pay
