Travel Physical Therapist - $2,636 per week

Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Peoria, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Illinois
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital setting

Pay

The pay package is based on a 10-hour shift and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 10 hours long.
