About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week position starting on July 27, 2026, in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in an acute care, outpatient, skilled nursing facility, or rehabilitation setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and facility policies.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Mexico.
- At least 2 years of experience in acute, outpatient, skilled nursing facility, or rehabilitation settings.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current trends in physical therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
Skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Pay
$150,000 annually for the 13-week assignment.
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
