About the role
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 14, 2026, in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess patient needs and progress regularly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Document patient care activities accurately
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of New Mexico
- Physical Therapist license required
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
