Travel Physical Therapist - $2,562 per week

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Fall River, Massachusetts. This role focuses on helping adult and geriatric patients regain strength, mobility, balance, and independence following illness, injury, hospitalization, or surgery.

Schedule

• Start Date: August 24, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 8 hours, days

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and reassessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
• Provide gait, balance, strengthening, transfer, and mobility training
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and medically complex patients
• Help patients improve safety and independence with functional mobility
• Provide fall-prevention education
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers
• Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Comfortable treating adult and geriatric patients with varying levels of medical complexity
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with nursing, therapy, physicians, and other members of the care team
