Travel Physical Therapist - $2,550 per week

About the role

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract starting July 27, 2026, in Ada, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of Physical Therapist experience.
• New graduates are acceptable if they have at least Level II experience and not just Level I observation experience.
• LTC or Rehab experience is preferred but not required.
• OK State License #HCRR (HM) required.
