About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract starting September 1, 2026, based in Larimore, North Dakota.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Travel to multiple SNF locations including Larimore, Lakota, and Park River, ND.
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Dakota.
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in physical therapy.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
Skills
- Skilled in manual therapy techniques.
- Familiarity with functional mobility assessments.
