About the role
GrapeTree Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Chandler, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
- Provide education to patients and their families about physical therapy techniques and home exercises.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- BLS, AHA preferred
- Current, valid certifications
- Currently listed registry in state of practice
- Minimum 1-2 years of direct care experience
Qualifications
- Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Experience in rehabilitation settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
